All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyright, trademarks, and patents, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to infringe on any intellectual property rights in the App.
You may be able to submit content to the App, such as text, photos, and videos. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your user content. However, by submitting user content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your user content in any media format and for any purpose.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party websites or services is subject to the terms and conditions of those websites or services.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS TO THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
